4th Annual Trunk or Treat another smashing success
The Joeten Kiyu Public Library’s 4th Annual “Trunk or Treat” last Saturday boasted a crowd that was more than double the number of previous years ,according to organizers. The crowd was so large that many parents later pulled out their kids and went trick-or-treating in other venues around the island.
During the 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat, heavy rainfall prevented more trick-or-treaters from going to the event and moved participants toward the shelter of Marianas Business Plaza’s parking area.

Let’s Move Marianas held obstacle courses behind the Children’s Library with Power 99 providing a live broadcast of the event.
Toward the end, many trick-or-treaters headed to the Paseo de Marianas for a photocall with Saipanda and the Kinpachi Restaurant crew.
Others drove to the first of its kind drive-through trick or treat event held in San Antonio near the basketball court that provided another safe option for trick-or-treaters.
