Filush joins the board of BankPacific

BankPacific chair Philip Flores announced Friday the election of Jerold W. “Jerry” Filush, CPA, CGMA, to the board of directors of BankPacific.

“Anyone who knows or knows of Jerry Filush realizes that this is a really good day for BankPacific. Jerry brings with him a wealth of business and professional talent. He understands the workings of our region, including Asia, and of course his accounting and leadership credentials are impeccable,” said Flores.

Filush is a former senior partner for Audit and Advisory Services in Guam and Southeast Asia Director of Independence for Deloitte & Touche LLP. He currently operates a sole proprietorship providing services in business management and accounting advisory areas.

Filush fills the vacancy created by the recent retirement from the board by attorney Joaquin Arriola after 52 years of distinguished service to the bank.
