Laolao Bay Golf & Resort extends a helping hand
1,000 gallons of drinking water to be provided free
Since Typhoon Soudelor, LaoLao Bay Golf & Resort has devoted its resources to helping the community, including working in conjunction with DEQ to provide non-potable water to residents and by providing shelter for 17 of its employees and their families who were left homeless by the typhoon. The resort also performed free chainsaw services over the past couple of weekends and was able to help many residents clear their yards of downed trees. We are willing to extend our chainsaw services upon request.
Due to the overwhelming desire of our valued golfers to contribute toward assisting victims of Typhoon Soudelor, LaoLao Bay Golf & Resort announces that for the month of September, $5 collected from player’s green fees will be given to charity. Donations from non-golfers are also welcome and may be placed in the donation jars located at the front desk and at The Grill counter. LLBG&R will gladly issue receipts for these donations.
LaoLao Bay Golf & Resort is committed to helping our community, and we will continue to find ways to contribute to the community during this difficult time.
LLBG&R gladly announces that it has re-opened its 36-hole golf course. The Grill restaurant is open from 6:30am to 9pm daily, and will host a Sunday Brunch this Sunday. The swimming pool is also open daily from 11am-8pm. Call 236-8888 for more details.
