Due to downed computer system at the Department of Public Safety in the aftermath of Typhoon Soudelor, a police detective filed handwritten documents in the Superior Court over the arrest of a 23-year-old man for assault and battery, disturbing the peace, and resisting arrest.

Police detective Therese S. Kintoki filed a handwritten declaration of probable cause complaint against Junior Stazz Martin Tammy. Acting Superior Court Presiding Judge Joseph N. Camacho accepted the documents.

At a hearing on Thursday, Camacho imposed a $25,000 cash bail on Tammy due to his previous criminal records.
