San Antonio Middle School notice
San Antonio Middle School is accepting registrations for school year 2015-2016. The following documents are needed upon registration for all students: updated health records (renewed annually), health insurance or Medicaid, and map of residence. For new students, the birth certificate and previous school records must also be submitted upon registration. Registration is not final until all documents are submitted to the office. For more information call 237-3582. Registrations are accepted from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. (PR)

Registration for new incoming students for Marianas High School ends on Aug. 5, 2015. Please call 237-3206 for more information.
Documents required: official transcript/diploma/certification of completion; birth certificate; original updated school entrance health certificate; legal guardianship from the court with seal (if applicable); medical insurance or Medicaid. Copies of all required documents must be attached before your child can be registered. (PR)
