Mobil Saipan has opened three of its service stations at 10pm Monday evening to allow first responders and vehicles required by essential services to refuel. It is a limited opening to facilitate restoration to essential services following the typhoon.

The three service stations are Susupe, Chalan Kiya, and Middle Road.

“We would like to seek the cooperation of all other motorists to hold off any refueling in the meantime,” the company said in a statement.

Mobil assured that it has sufficient stock of fuel on Saipan. “And we can resume normal supply to the general public, once we have addressed safety issues at the terminal and service stations that have been impacted by the typhoon,” the statement adds. (Mobil)
