The submission deadline for Best Sunshine International’s “Discover the Future of Saipan” Art Competition has been extended to Aug. 3 due to prior Internet problems.

Best Sunshine is welcoming CNMI citizens of all ages to submit artistic interpretations of the future of Saipan for the “Discover the Future of Saipan” Art Competition. As the focus of the artwork is the future, young artist submission is welcome and encouraged, so those who missed out on the last deadline are advised to submit their artwork by Monday, before 5pm, at the Marianas Business Plaza, Room 204.

Artwork must depict the future of Saipan and must contain local elements of native hospitality and/or elements of the CNMI tourism industry. Please be reminded that digital artwork or photography will not be accepted. Artwork must be on a minimum size of 16-inch x 23-inch frame or poster board.

The top 3 entries that receive the most votes by the end of business on Aug. 4, 2015 (5pm) will be considered the winning entries and will receive cash prizes for back-to-school expenses or art supplies. The top 10 to 20 entries will also have the opportunity to be featured in a high-visibility campaign. You can pick up artist registration forms at the Mariana Business Plaza, Room 204.
