Java Bakery to close

Java Bakery and Cafe will be closing this Friday after failing to come to an amicable agreement with the management of Paradise Hotel.

Owner Sara Fryling announced the café’s closure on a media statement last Monday.

“Java Bakery and Café will no longer operate at the Paradise Hotel and is not slated for relocation. The café could not come to an amicable agreement with Paradise Hotel,” she said.

After many struggles to stay afloat, Fryling decided to take a break from the restaurant business.

She said all bakery equipment will be sold this Saturday, July 11, from 7am to 10am at the café location. All inquiries should be directed to Fryling at 287-5282.

Fryling also stated that she is grateful for every single customer the bakery had—their loyalty and enthusiasm fueled the bakery for more than a year and is a huge inspiration.

The bakery and its staff will bid a fond farewell to all this Friday, July 10, their last day of business.

“We are truly thankful for the loyalty and love Saipan sent our way. Java Bakery was an amazing experience, and we wish all the best for our customers,” said Fryling. (PR)
