Distance Education Program offers summer online courses

Share

This summer, the Public School System’s Distance Education Program will offer online courses for advancement. All motivated middle and high school students will have the opportunity take a course that they’ve never taken before.

Students will spend six to seven weeks engaged in a fun and meaningful learning experience by completing projects that will address real world issues and highlight technology standards, Common Core State Standards in Math and Language Arts, and Next Generation Science Standards in science. Elective courses will also be offered.

Deadline for students to register at www.cnmipss.org is Tuesday, June 16, 2015.

They must have counselor and administrative approval. This is not a credit recovery program. (PR)
