Youth Congress holds interisland beach cleanup

For the first time ever, the CNMI Youth Congress held an interisland cleanup last Saturday simultaneously on Rota, Tinian, and Saipan.

On Saipan, Sen. Thomas Manglona, Sen. Reynafe Aniga, and Sen. Roselyn Tanghal partnered with students and tutors at the AmeriCorps program to clean the shoreline from Naked Fish to The Shack.

On Rota, Sen. Catherine Manglona and her peers from the Dr. Rita H. Inos Jr. and Sr. High cleaned a local beach.

Sen. Gerald Crisostomo on Tinian conducted a beach cleanup at a local beach with assistance from Tinian’s National Honor Society and National Junior Honor Society members.
