Emergency power interruption at 5pm

Share

Work in Koblerville previously scheduled to begin at 6:30pm has been moved up to 5pm after an assessment team witnessed the lines arcing.

CUC will turn off Kiya 2 (second partial), which provides power to As Lito, Chalan Monsignor Martinez Road, Saipan International School, Tottoville, and Saint Jude Church, to allow linemen safe access to replace the damaged crossarm.

Work on the project will take place near Pacific Church in Koblerville and is expected to take three hours to complete, at which time power will be restored to the area.
