Falcons crush Red Sox in Juniors, 33-3
Leo Salalila went perfect at the plate and the Falcons had a pair of seven-run innings in cruising to a 33-3 crushing of the Red Sox in the Juniors division of the Saipan Little League yesterday at the Francisco “Tan Ko” M. Palacios Baseball Field.

Salalila went 4-for-4 with three singles and a double, while crossing home plate six times. He also had six RBIs including a three-RBI double in the top of the first when the Falcons scored seven runs.
The Falcons also made 10 runs in the top of the fifth as they capitalized on the sloppy defensive plays of the Red Sox where they committed seven errors.
Noel Cabrera surrendered two runs, one earned, on four hits in four innings. He also had six strikeouts with no walks.
Arby Yoquel came in the bottom of the fifth to shutdown the Red Sox. He gave up a single to Justin Aubuen and Jaime Pangelinan, who was tagged out going to second on a 6-4 putout play.
Tindin Leon Guerrero had a fielder’s choice, while Jade Reyes had an RBI single to let Aubuen cross home plate.
Yoquel struckout Derrick Reusaura and hit Christian Alepuyo by pitch before ending the game when he forced Lizann Deleon Guerrero to ground out to second.
JUNIORS
Fielders 13, Enforcers 0
Don Ada drove in five runs on a 3-for-4 batting, while scoring twice in the game. He had two triples including a two-RBI triple in the fifth.
Kimo Aingalen tossed four not-hit innings while retiring five and walking three batters he faced.
SENIORS
Red Sox 5, Enforcers 4
Jobe Reyes singled and scored on a walk-off error for the Red Sox.
With the game tied at 4-4, Enforcers center fielder J.J. Chong tried to get Reyes out, while going to third but overthrew the ball allowing the Red Sox second baseman to score the winning run.
Nate Camacho gave up four earned runs on three hits in four innings on the mound while striking out 10 batters and walking two.
BIG LEAGUE
Fielders 5, NSA Braves 2
Kai Wanket gave up one hit in 4.1 shutout innings on the mound and went perfect at the plate for the Fielders.
Wanket forced the Braves to either fly outs or grounders that was fielded cleanly by his teammates. He went 3-for-3, all singles, with one run scored.
