Pacifica Insurance donates $5,000 for hole-in-one prize
Reinforcing its commitment to enhancing educational opportunities for CNMI students, Pacifica Insurance recently presented a $5,000 hole-in-one prize for the upcoming 12th Annual NMC Foundation Open golf tournament scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2015. The first lucky golfer who makes a hole-in-one at the LaoLao Bay Golf and Resort’s hole 3 at the west course will win the $5,000 prize.

“We are proud of the longstanding partnership that our company has with the Northern Marianas College,” said Shirley Sablan, general manager of Pacifica Insurance. “We will continue to support the college and its efforts to advance higher education and to play a central role in the training and development of the local workforce. I would like to also encourage other businesses in the community to donate to the NMC Foundation.”
The NMC Foundation is a non-profit organization whose goal is to raise funds to support the Northern Marianas College, the CNMI’s lone postsecondary educational institution. The organization is composed of individuals who are dedicated and committed to ensuring that CNMI students receive the utmost support in pursuing their educational goals.
The golf tournament will be held at the LaoLao Bay Golf & Resort (west course) with a show time of 6am and shotgun start at 7am and will follow a medal play format. There will be six separate flight categories: Championship, A, B, C, Seniors, and Ladies.
The entrance fee is $95 per player. Payments for the entrance fee can be made at LaoLao Bay Golf & Resort, and the NMC Cashier.
