Ex-VP of Kagman school PTSA allegedly stole PTSA’s $4,442.34 fundraising money

Police arrested a former vice president of Kagman Elementary School’s Parent Teacher and Student Association who allegedly stole the PTSA’s fundraising money in the amount of $4,442.34 and pawned a laptop owned by the Public School System.

The suspect, Priscilla Taitano Castro, was taken to Superior Court this morning for a bail hearing on charges of theft and possession or removal of government property.

Associate Judge David A. Wiseman imposed a $10,000 cash bail on the 49-year-old Castro.
