BSI casino training
Now that our greatest economic investor and the strength of the Marianas—BSI casino—is rolling up its sleeves, ready to roll the dice and the funding, the local population will be very proud and fortunate to have the best training to participate in the casino industry.
I have a suggestion: Instead of BSI preparing the facility at T Galleria for training NMDs, (including residents of Rota, Saipan, and Tinian) or any U.S. citizen residing in the Northern Marianas, why not offer a scholarship for training at Tinian Dynasty? The scholarship would provide the casino apprentice housing, food allowance and other amenities, under scholarship terms that, when the trainee has completed the required training, he/she agrees to work for a certain number of months or years for BSI. For example, Gov. Inos can mediate between BSI and Dynasty a set curriculum and upwards of 200 trainees at a time. Once they have been certified to work in a casino, they could then return to T Galleria where they would be qualified to work and guaranteed a job and then another 200 trainees could avail themselves of the scholarship program.
Once BSI has finished construction at the Samoan Housing location, the new trainees could rotate from the T Galleria (which would be a smaller casino) to the Best Sunshine establishment (which would be considerably larger) and possibly to other Best Sunshine entities.
The Northern Marianas College shall sanction the trainees’ diploma once the course is satisfactorily completed. This would be another distinct and successful moment in the history of the Inos administration to embrace the Northern Mariana Island and its people as one. God bless the United States of America.
