Bank launches 5th Annual Christmas Card Contest

Elementary and middle school students urged to submit entries
HAGATNA, Guam-Bank of Guam is now accepting entries for its 5th Annual Christmas Card Contest, which is open to all elementary and middle school students throughout Guam, the CNMI, Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
“Island Family Christmas” is this year’s theme, and the winner will be featured on the cover of the bank’s Christmas card, which is annually sent to businesses and individuals. The medium is a 4X6 card entry using watercolors, pastel crayons, colored pencils, or acrylic paints only.
The first prize winner will get $250, while the second prize is $175; third prize is $100.
Gift baskets of school supplies will also be included with the cash prizes.
A Foremost Ice Cream Scoop coupon will be given to each of the first 500 entries from Guam. Contest rules and applications are available at all elementary and middle schools or at any Bank of Guam branch.
