Globetrotting ‘iWalker’ TV show films in NMI
Taiwan’s globe-trotting cable TV show “iWalker” filmed on Saipan and Tinian in the Northern Mariana Islands on Dec. 11-18, 2014.
The show features various destinations around the world and has 30 million viewers in Taiwan and around the world.

“The ‘iWalker’ production team expressed amazement at the stunning waters of Grotto where they filmed snorkeling,” said Marianas Visitors Authority marketing manager Bruce Bateman. “They also were impressed by the vibrant, clean water and islands they saw while parasailing and flying between Saipan and Tinian.”
The show will feature banana boat rides, parasailing, Garapan Street Market, Mt. Carmel Cathedral, a bike tour with Marianas Trekking, Marianas Tropical Liqueurs, snorkeling at Grotto, Kanoa Resort Adventure Zone, dinner cruise aboard the Stars & Stripes, Suicide Cliff, Banzai Cliff, Bird Island Lookout, Last Command Post, scenic Beach Rd., and downtown Garapan night life.
Features on Tinian to be showcased including House of Taga, Tinian Blowhole, Chulu Beach, Tinian Dynasty Hotel & Casino, fishing, snorkeling, a discovery flight, and a buggy ride.
Additional filming was conducted at Pacific Islands Club Saipan and 360 Revolving Restaurant.
The first episode will air on Jan. 12, 2015, in Taiwan and China. Sanlih Entertainment Television Co. will air the show internationally in January and February 2015. (MVA)
