Papago burglary and theft

Crime Stoppers is seeking the public’s help for a burglary and theft incident that occurred at a residence in Papago near Santos Acres.

On Dec. 6, 2014, at around 1:30pm, a local couple arrived home to discover it in disarray. The residence was burglarized and items stolen. The police were contacted and the point of entry is believed to be through the living room sliding door, which was jimmied open. Witnesses noticed a blue Toyota Rav4 exiting the residence about an hour before the victims arrived home.

The missing items include one 13″ MacBook Pro laptop computer with royal blue cover (has a Quicksilver Hawaiian Flag sticker next to touchpad), one 13″ MacBook Air laptop computer with aqua blue cover, one 15″ Samsung laptop (silver and black), four Nikon cameras, one Kodak video camera, a purple jade pendant, a gold Hawaiian bracelet, a G-string tenor Koa ukulele, a Kala Cutaway ukulele, a Makala Concert ukulele, a purple fiberglass ukulele hard case, a blue fiberglass ukulele hard case, several jewelry to include a diamond necklace, gold earrings, gold/silver watches, a yellow Samsung smartphone, $500 cash and several other items.

The total amount stolen from the break-in is estimated to be at over $20,000.
