American Red Cross assists families of Dandan house fire

The American Red Cross provided assistance to families of a house fire in Dandan Village on Flame Tree Drive on the morning of Dec. 13, 2014. Two families were affected and displaced by the fire, which completely destroyed their home. No one was injured in the fire. The American Red Cross Disaster Action Team responded to the fire scene and provided the families with much needed assistance for temporary shelter, food, clothing and other personal items.

“The American Red Cross is extremely grateful for the support of our generous donors and community that enable us to continue the Red Cross Mission of providing hope and the means for recovery to victims of disasters,” said Paul W. Camacho, Emergency Services Director of the American Red Cross.
