Transfer station, Marpi landfill closed on Thursday

In observance of Thanksgiving Day on Thursday, November 27, 2014, the Lower Base Transfer Station and the Marpi Landfill will be closed all day. Regular schedule will resume on Friday, Nov. 28, 2014, from 7:30am to 11:30am and 12:30pm to 4pm. (PR)

 PTSA meeting for all Kagman schools

All parents and legal guardians of students enrolled in Kagman schools are being informed that there will be a PTSA meeting today, Nov. 25, from 6pm to 7pm at the Kagman High School cafeteria. Your attendance for this coming meeting is greatly appreciated.

There is an incentive for KHS parents to get involved. Every event a KHS parent attends earns that parent a raffle ticket to be placed in the end-of-the-year raffle. Raffle tickets cannot be purchased. Parents can earn them by participating in their child’s education. Start with attending this PTSA meeting. Grand prize is a flat screen TV! (PR)

CCA board meeting today

The Commonwealth Cancer Association’s board of directors will be holding its regular meeting today, Nov. 25, 2014, at 3:00pm at the CCA conference room.
