54 prizes for 9 years of success

Serenity Salon & Spa will be celebrating its 9th anniversary this month with 54 raffle prizes, representing their nine years of success, along with many other promotions that will make you yearn to return for more.

Serenity Salon & Spa’s senior therapist, Pinky Antonino, said that getting to where they are now was not easy, especially with the rise and fall of the economy, but fortunately with the persistence of their boss and co-workers, they were able to pull through together.

“Unity. Unity and hard work are our secret, because there will be no progress if you are without the cooperation of the management and staff,” Antonino said.

From slowly establishing its clientele since it first started, to letting the word of mouth take its course until locals, hoteliers, tourists and many others alike became established clients, Serenity Salon & Spa has gone a long way to becoming one of Saipan’s favorite pampering sanctuary.

“Customer service is the main key. For every customer who walks in our door, our goal is to always make them feel relaxed, happy, and beautiful,” Antonino explained.

Based on experience, this writer recalls purchasing a service from Serenity Salon & Spa as being similar to having a slumber party with your girlfriends, with one exception—they’re all experts!

Antonino once told this writer a story about a client of hers from Guam who purchased an entire package and tried to have it all done within just one day.

“The sessions lasted more than six hours!” Antonino exclaimed. “We had lunch and snacks together and by the time it was all finished, it was dark, so we just decided to go out and have some more fun. From then on, she always comes back whenever she can.”

Antonino said it’s just the best feeling in the world when a customer returns as it validates the idea that they appreciate the good service being provided.

Serenity Salon & Spa’s management and staff proudly admits that their success is not just because of their hard work and dedication, but is owed to their valued customers as well, who’ve kept them going for nine whole years.
