Local students make honor roll at Oregon State

CORVALLIS—Two CNMI-born students have made the Scholastic Honor Roll Summer term of the Oregon State University.

Amanda Maria W. Santos of Saipan, a junior pursuing Fisheries and Wildlife Science, got a grade of 3.5 or better.

Marquina M. Hofschneider of Tinian, a freshman pursuing Political Science, also got a grade of 3.5 or better.

A total of 246 students earned straight-A (4.0). Another 349 earned a B-plus (3.5) or better to make the listing. To be on the Honor Roll, students must carry at least 12 graded hours of course work.
