NMC closed today
Because of the anticipated threat of Typhoon Vongfong, the Northern Marianas College will be closed and all classes will be canceled today, Oct. 6, 2014.
Please take necessary precautionary measures and prepare for strong winds, heavy rain showers, and possible flooding.

USCIS Saipan office closed today
The Saipan office of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will be closed today, Oct. 6, due to the typhoon. All appointments for interviews and information have been cancelled.
USCIS will automatically reschedule appointments for immigration and citizenship interviews, and applicants will receive a new appointment letter from USCIS in the mail. Those who have InfoPass appointments for Friday should go online to www.uscis.gov and reschedule. (USCIS)
American Memorial Park closed
As per the Superintendent’s directive, American Memorial Park visitor center and other service facilities was closed at 1pm yesterday, Oct. 5, and may be closed today, Oct. 6, or until further notice.

Bank of Hawaii closes branches
HAGÅTÑA, Guam—In response to the Government of Guam and Government of Saipan’s declaration of Condition of Readiness 2 due to Typhoon Vongfong and in anticipation of Condition of Readiness 1 last night, Bank of Hawaii’s Saipan branches—Garapan and Chalan Kanoa—as well as Bank of Hawaii’s Guam branches—Harmon, Tamuning and Hagatna—will remain closed today, Monday, Oct. 6, 2014. FHB Guam and Saipan branches closed
HAGATNA, Guam—All First Hawaiian Bank branches in Guam and on Saipan will be closed today, Oct. 6, 2014, due to the threat of Typhoon Vongfong. Guam and Saipan branches will reopen once it has been deemed safe to do so. (FHB)
UOG campus closed, classes cancelled today
The University of Guam is closed today, Oct. 6, due to the island being placed in COR 2. All classes and activities on campus are cancelled until the all clear is issued by the governor or otherwise announced by UOG. (UOG)
