USCIS advises parole seekers to submit only one request

IRs of US citizens and stateless persons should only submit one parole request

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services would like to remind Immediate Relatives of U.S. citizens and stateless individuals who are submitting parole requests to only submit one request. Several people have submitted multiple requests for extension.

USCIS is currently holding requests for parole and parole extension for these categories, while awaiting a decision on the extension of parole for Immediate Relatives (spouses, minor children and parents) and stateless people. USCIS wants to assure applicants that requests will be processed in the order they were received as soon as USCIS receives guidance. Please do not submit multiple requests for the same parole.
