Hatha Adai Yoga announces the opening of their yoga studio. The grand opening will be held Friday, Sept. 5, where a free relaxing yoga class will be offered, followed by free wine, non‐alcoholic drinks, and nibbles to celebrate the event; kickoff is at 5:30pm.

Hatha Adai Yoga is owned and operated by Hatha Adai Yoga instructors Kate Campbell, Nicole Schafer, and Kelli McDoulett. Trained and certified in India, the heart of yoga’s origins, the instructors bring their own styles to the wonderful mental, emotional, and physical benefits of this ancient practice.

Hatha yoga created the framework for all other yoga practices as well as the lifestyle that helps bring health and balance to the body.

The instructors are offering a variety of classes such as Vinyasa, a typical practice with flowing movements, to Yin, a restorative practice with deep muscle stretches, to Power, a heart pumping style that builds strength and cardio. Introductory classes are also offered for those looking to learn the basic cues and poses to assist them in other classes.

The variety of classes allows students to find a style that best fits their needs, whether it be improving flexibility, quiet meditation, enhancing strength and energy, or weight loss all under one roof.

For the grand opening Hatha Adai Yoga will be offering a relaxing 30-minute class to focus the mind and calm the body (exactly what is needed after a long workweek).

Transcends, LLC will be providing the organic viticulture and Fair Trade wines of Santa Digna Chardonnay and a Santa Digna Cabernet Sauvignon for the celebratory drinks following the yoga practice. Nibbles will be provided by Hatha Adai Yoga.

Hatha Adai Yoga is based in Garapan off of Middle Road in the three-story white building with yellow trim (No. 103) next to Booya’s restaurant across from the Mobil gas station.
