Gary, your talk is cheap and old

For someone who seems to be so smart, Gary, you should know better than to pick a fight with me. Your character seems to be no better than the other critics of mine as you are only being a fault finder with no solutions. As for me being wrong, please consider this: Just because you were late getting something in August does not diminish the fact that the document was outdated. Accept that fact and stop trying to find excuses for your misunderstanding.

I guess your race has never needed protection like I did as an African-American and other ethnic groups in America who were abused and misused. One of the main reasons the CNMI was given latitude with Article 12 by the feds was to protect the local people from speculators buying up the island. So until you walk a mile in the shoes of the local people, you need to shut up because you obviously don’t get it. FYI, the Democrats are not afraid to say or include all U.S. citizens as I am with them and you, sir, are just jealous that you were not mentioned specifically. My kids are NMDs and I care but it is obvious you don’t care about their plight!

But you need to know that many of things you are just now writing and complaining about I have already wrote and complained about but I am trying to do something about it—you are just running your mouth. I’m sure someone has told you that you remind them of me, not the other way around, so you are preaching to the original preacher when talking to me. I’ve been where you are going and I know you have to roll up your sleeves and do the work, not just yell from the sidelines.

Your assessment of Mr. Guerrero and Mr. Quitugua is a weak argument to say the least given your own statements that amount to no one being qualified or worthy to be governor and lieutenant governor. So if no one is qualified or worthy, what are you writing for—to hear yourself or some kind of self-glorification? Telling people not to support ex-officials is impossible, as everyone running for the governor seat and many of the other seats is an ex-official. FYI, the Democrats have more new candidates for governor, lieutenant governor, and other seats in the Legislature than the GOP, which actually meets your expectation for new leaders. So are you even listening to yourself?

You are even complaining about our children not being ready to work when they graduate when the Democrats are the only ones trying to prepare students for the workforce with a real CW transition plan. FYI, you are the one who is wrong about our youth and their expectations as they want to work but they are smart enough to know that it is not a fair playing field when they have to compete against a CW with experience and they are right! Gary, do you even know what affirmative action was about in America?

FYI, finding fault without offering real tangible solutions is nothing! Telling people to research this and research that about candidates when you are already doing the research is ridiculous. People with common sense want you to simply tell us who is better and why and to hell with all your advice on how to pick someone to vote for. Why are you so afraid to say who is the better candidate(s) with all your research? Maybe you are the one afraid to put your butt on the line, not the Democrats because your talk is cheap and even old news.

The issue of racism is exactly what I’m working to erase from within, not from the sidelines with cheap talk. I also tried that “be informed” lesson you are promoting and it didn’t work as voters still voted for Fitial twice, only to wish they had listened to me so I’m speaking from experience. I’m now walking my talk and working with the candidates I believe are best for the CNMI to make a difference. You would be wise and even more helpful to walk your talk and less running your mouth to no end as your talk is cheap when we need solutions.
