Two men arrested on separate charges

An intoxicated man was arrested for allegedly knocking on his ex-girlfriend’s door late at night and disturbing her while another man was arrested for allegedly slamming another man into a wall.
Ricardo Villagomez, 19, was arrested for disturbing the peace, criminal mischief, and minor consuming liquor. Fritz Jacob Passi, 31, was arrested for disturbing the peace and assault and battery.
Cash bail was set at $2,500 for each suspect.
Police detective Therese S. Kintoki stated in her report that a police officer responded to Concepcion’s Apartment along Filooris Avenue in Garapan Friday last week at 10:28pm after receiving a disturbance report.
Kintoki said that officer Christopher Santos came upon a man lying in front of the apartment door who was intoxicated. Santos questioned the man, later identified as Villagomez, who told the officer he was 19.
A woman then opened the door and told Santos that Villagomez is her ex-boyfriend. Villagomez had come to the apartment, allegedly disturbing her and her children. She then told Santos that the screen door had been damaged and part of it had been pried open. Villagomez was then arrested.
In Passi’s case, Kintoki stated that police responded to a place east of Martha’s Store in Garapan on Saturday at 7:40am after receiving a call about a disturbance.
When police officer Joseph Magofna got there, he saw a man sitting on top of Passi who was pinned to the ground. The man told Magofna that Passi had attacked him and he was just trying to hold him down.
The man said he had walked out of his house to drop his wife to work when Passi opened the gate, ran toward him, and tried to punch him. Passi then allegedly pinned the man to the wall. The man managed to hit Passi back.
The man sustained back injuries with scratches on his back, shoulders, arms and lower body. Passis sustained cuts on his right eyebrow and scrapes on his face. [B][I](Jayson Camacho)[/I][/B]
