The United Filipino Organization will be helping Filipinos who have no computer access to apply for E-passport appointment in time for the Philippine Consulate General in Guam’s mobile consular outreach from Feb. 11 to 13.

UFO president Annamae Adaza said an E-passport filing event will be held on Jan. 26, Sunday, from 9am to 3pm at the Don Pedro Restaurant Garapan, next to Gene’s Barbershop.

She said applicants should bring copies of necessary documents for E-passport appointment. They include passport application and copy of passport.

Adaza said if the applicant has changes in his or her passport, then they should to bring a birth certificate.

UFO will be charging 50 cents a copy for photocopying services to defray the organization’s expenses in buying paper and ink.

“For those who send via email already, then you don’t have to show up on that day to avoid mess up with the appointment process. A reminder to all who send their own appointment make sure you put on the ‘Subject: Applicant’s Name (your own name) and nothing else so it will be received properly and just wait for 2-3 days for acknowledgement. There’s always an auto reply if you put on the ‘Subject: E-passport application.’ We all need to follow instructions which was stated in the PCG’s press release,” added Adaza.
