Vendors invited to NMC Charter Day on May 4
The Northern Marianas College is inviting vendors to take part in the College’s annual Charter Day celebration on May 4, 2012, Friday.
Agencies, businesses, clubs and other civic organizations are invited to participate in this year’s celebration by purchasing booth space for the following categories: food/drink, specialty drinks (e.g., coffee coolers or pearl shakes), game booths, retail (arts, and crafts, toys etc.), and information.
Booth applications forms must be submitted before Thursday, May 3, 2012 by 4pm. Note, however, that booth space is limited so applications should be submitted as soon as possible.
The booth fee is $150 with $25 of the fee refunded to the vendors upon clean up of booth space post-event and passage of inspection from Charter Day officials. For student clubs and nonprofit organizations, booth fees are $75 and also include a $25 refund upon booth space clean up and passage of inspection.
