Wild goat hunting season for Aguigan now open

The Department of Lands and Naturals Resources, Division of Wildlife announced that the wild goat hunting season for Aguigan Island opened yesterday, April 9.

All interested individuals must apply for a hunting license at the DFW office located at the DLNR’s main office.

The cost of licenses is $5 for a resident hunting license and $25 for a nonresident hunting license.

Only two types of guns that can be used during the wild goat season: a .22 rifle and .22 Magnum revolver.

DFW said that those who have not submitted their report cards for the previous two hunting seasons will not be issue a hunting license. [I](PR)[/I]
