My thoughts

Nonresidents and residents should come to an agreement that shows proof that nonresident are needed here and that without them our lives would be affected. For example, this company provides a service to the community and that employer is the only one that is providing this service and if his nonresident workers leave the CNMI, this company would be not be able to function until his workers are replaced, which takes time to find.

All problems that can be corrected by regulatory agencies should not be used as testimony as it invites more negative thoughts from others that it applies to.

Changes require a lot of things to be moved to make a pleasant appearance. That is why nonresident should tell us, the people of CNMI, why they want to stay with us and become one of us, so that we can welcome them to stay here and help make it right.

Testimony that applies to just one person is not enough to proof you deserve to be welcomed.

Local residents should be given enough proof to welcome nonresidents and at least 99 percent of outcomes should be satisfying and to our liking. Other issues such as human rights, culture, and future safety should be carefully looked into, so that proof of fairness is provided among both parties.

A law should be in place to protect CNMI Chamorros and Carolinan assets and culture.

Those are some of my thoughts that I feel is fair. Do you?
