TSL Sports Complex to host women’s basketball league and clinics

The TSL Sports Complex will be hosting a women’s basketball league and two clinics this summer aptly named the “2011 Women’s Summer Basketball League.”
League and clinics will be held at the new sports complex in Gualo Rai for players 14 years and above. Entrance fee for the league is $5 each person. Players must sign a registration/waiver form to enter, and players under 18 must have their parent’s or guardian’s signature.
The first clinic will be held on June 28, 2011 from 2pm to 4pm, and the second clinic will be held on June 29 from 2pm to 4pm.
At the end of the clinics player selection will begin wherein a total of four to six teams will be created to compete in the season which starts on July 1, 2011. Games will be played three or four times (depending on the number of teams) per week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday from 5pm to 8pm. Teams will use the round-robin method and will play each other twice during the season.
