Immigration processing seminar for employers at AMP tomorrow
The Saipan Chamber of Commerce will sponsor an informational immigration processing seminar for employers this Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2011, at from 6pm to 7:30pm, at the American Memorial Park indoor auditorium/theatre. This seminar will be presented by the Chamber and the legal offices of Bruce Mailman and Maya Kara, with other panelists.
The presentation will focus on the application process for USCIS visas, and will include discussion on how the recently distributed 2011 Survey on Wages, Salaries and Benefits would fit into that process for H-1B visa petitioning.
SCC will provide the Handbook for Employers, which includes instructions for completing Form I-9, DOJ workplace posters and materials for distribution recently provided by USCIS at the seminar. The seminar is provided at no cost to Chamber members. Non-Chamber participants will be charged $15 for the session.
Call the Chamber’s offices to reserve a seat with the SCC coordinator/planner at 233-7150, or email to coordinator@saipanchamber.com. Seats are limited to 100, and preference will be afforded Chamber of Commerce members. (SCC)
