The CNMI Small Business Development Center is inviting interested entrepreneurs to attend a series of workshops and get more information and resources on business startups.

“How to Start a Business” is scheduled on Jan. 24; “How to Write a Business Plan” is slated for Jan. 25; and “How to Read Your Financial Statement” will be held on Jan. 26.

Office manager Linda Cabrera said all three workshops will be held from 9am to 11am at the Saipan Chamber of Commerce office at the ground floor of the Famila Building in Garapan.

The workshops are offered to the public for free.

The CNMI SBDC, Cabrera said, has been conducting free workshops to help potential entrepreneurs start their own business ventures. The agency is partially funded by a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Deadline for pre-registration on all workshops is on Monday, Jan. 23 at 12pm.
