Tijuana Mexican Cuisine will celebrate Cinco de Mayo today with a special dinner buffet and margarita night.

The south of the border restaurant’s manager, Awie Usudan, said the Cinco de Mayo Special Dinner Buffet is from 6pm to 9:30pm and will only set customers back $12.95.

“We’re doing this to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. We are after all a Mexican restaurant and Cinco de Mayo is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, holiday in Mexico,” he said.

Usudan said Tijuana Mexican Cuisine will be rolling out a veritable all-star selection of Mexican fare like burritos, quesadillas, enchilada, rolled tacos, tostada, fish tacos, tatemado, carnitas, chili con carne, refried beans, and Mexican rice.

And what is Cinco de Mayo without margaritas? Usudan said the world’s most common tequila-based cocktail could be had for only $3 a pop.

Located at the ground floor of Saipan Gold Beach Hotel, Tijuana Mexican Cuisine opened earlier this year.

With diners becoming more health conscious these days, Usudan reiterated that Mexican food—with its heavy reliance on fresh vegetables—is always a great option for people looking to lose weight.

Tijuana Mexican Cuisine can sit as much as 60 guests and also has a couple of tables outside for customers wanting to dine al fresco.
