Female minor sexually assaulted in Dandan

A female minor was sexually assaulted last Saturday in Dandan and police are now hunting for the perpetrator.

In a report issued yesterday, the Department of Public Safety said police officers responded to a call at 6:04am on March 7, 2009, about a sexual assault incident in Dandan. Police confirmed that a female juvenile was involved. The victim was treated at the Commonwealth Health Center.

Detectives are still working on the case at this time.
