CDA mismanagement

In response to the article on today’s issue of Saipan Tribune, “CDA offices on Rota blocked”: The property in question is a private property and the landowners have every right to block and/or give access to whomever they wish. CDA’s Oscar Camacho should be fired immediately by the board for his failure to have the property titled search. If they did, they would have found that the property needs to be probated. And as of to date, the probate has not been completed. Their attorney, Matthew Smith, should also be fired from representing CDA for his failure to provide proper legal advice. CDA’s claim on the property is moot, invalid, and void because of their failure make sure that the title is cleared before accepting it as collateral. CDA’s Oscar Camacho’s attitude toward its clients is arrogant and their management practices are more like a bank’s rather than a development agency. And I’m sure that many CDA clients are experiencing the same predicament due CDA’s gross mismanagement.
