3 lots set for auction on Friday, 2 more next

The Commonwealth Development Authority announced this week three lots that are scheduled for auction at 2pm this Friday, Nov. 28, at the CDA’s conference Room.
The Superior Court issued the notice of action on Oct. 20 in Civil Action No. 04-0482A (CDA vs. Plastag Enterprises, Inc, the State of Plasido M. Tagabuel, Doris Tagabuel and John Henry I. Tagabuel).
The properties are located on Capital Hill, in Chalan Laulau and Kagman with no minimum opening bid required.
The auction shall be held with reserve.
The Department of Public Safety was assigned as the auctioneer.
Two other properties are scheduled for auction on Dec. 19, including one in San Jose, Tinian, and in a tract and lot in San Vicente, Saipan.
The lot on Tinian has an area of 1,476 square meters, including all existing and permanent improvements on the real property, all improvements, appurtenances and easements. The notice of auction in civil action No. 03-0414C was issued by the Superior Court on Nov. 21.
The property in San Vicente has 2,041 square meters for the tract and 2,000 square meters for the lot. The notice of auction for this property was issued by the court on Nov. 21 in Civil Action No. 97-341 .
There is no minimum bid for both properties.
According to the auction notice, a deposit of 10 percent of the purchase price must be paid on the day of the sale. The remaining balance is due within 10 days of the auction sale.
