In defense of CAO

Let’s be honest from the goodness of our hearts. It is not good to hurt someone’s economic well-being who’s enjoying the fruits of his effort after many hard fought battles and long struggles.

If you are making a recommendation in the open public for the Indigenous Affairs Office to be closed down, then the right direction to undertake is to go to the Governor’s Office and submit that recommendation in writing and in person. The newspaper is not the rights way.

There’s nothing wrong in maintaining the Indigenous Affairs Office in our government. The person in-charge of this great office is doing a mighty fine job. He’s trying his best everyday. And he’s determined to do whatever it takes to defend or represent all Carolinians and Chamorros in the CNMI.

Remember, during these global economic hard times, we should be all holding hands together as one people here in the CNMI. This is the time when we should be all praying for one another. This is the time when we should be all marching behind Governor Fitial.
