Guam woman wins top sales awards
AGANA, Guam—Lou Sablan of Nimitz Hill, an independent representative for Silpada Designs Jewelry, was awarded the fifth place position for Rookie Team Development and Rookie Recruiter at Silpada Design’s National Conference in July.
Sablan’s fifth place awards place her above over 1,900 U.S. women who joined Silpada’s sales team in FY 2007.
Sablan has been a Silpada Designs Representative since September 2007 “and in that time has experienced exciting growth in her business,” according to a Silpada press statement.
The Rookie Team Development Award is given to a new recruit who has successfully recruited, trained and developed a sales organization. The Rookie Recruiter Award is given to a new recruit who excelled in promoting Silpada Designs as evident by the number of recruits in her Team.
Sablan recruited10 new representatives and garnered over $140,000 in retail sales over a nine-month period, clinching her fifth place position nationwide.
