Continental sponsors Guam trip for journalists from Japan
Continental Airlines is sponsoring this tour with the Sand Castle, the Hyatt Regency Guam, and DFS to help stimulate travel and awareness of Guam as a desired destination.
The demographic these regional and national magazines, newspapers, and radio stations target are general consumers, office ladies, and business professionals in their 30s and high-end consumers in their 40s and above.
By sponsoring this group of 13 journalists from four cities in Japan, the sponsors expect exposure to more than 1.1 million consumers nationwide, especially in Sapporo, Fukuoka, Hiroshima, and Tokyo.
“Continental is committed to Guam’s growth. We are very excited to join our partners on this activity to help promote Guam as an excellent leisure destination for various segments of consumers in Japan,” said David Kendell, Continental Micronesia Sales and Marketing Director for Asia and Micronesia.
