Workshop on livestock opportunities

In partnership with the Western Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education, the Northern Marianas College’s Cooperative Research Extension and Education Service will be hosting a free Alternative Livetstock Enterprise/WSARE workshop to explore and propose some livestock opportunities applicable to the current CNMI economy. Facilitators will showcase low input/high output and low-maintenance operation strategies.

The workshops will be held on Saipan on Sep. 10 in the NMC-CREES Conference Room, Rota on Sept. 12 in Room B of the NMC-Rota campus, and Tinian on Sept. 16 in Room D of the NMC-Tinian campus. All three sessions will run from 9am to 12pm.

Those individuals interested in attending the workshops are advised to register beforehand as seating is limited for all three sessions.
