The Attorney General’s Office asked for a psychological evaluation for Tommy Iderbei, who has been charged with assault, criminal mischief and disturbing the peace four times during a two-week span in June and July.

“It seems like there’s been a cycle of disturbances in his family. He comes back for the same crime,” the prosecutor said of Iderbei, 21.

Superior Court associate judge Ramona Villagomez set Iderbei’s bail at $5,000 and ordered a court psychological evaluation. He is also to have no contact with the victim

Iderbei was arrested Thursday night, the day before his bail hearing, for reportedly committing similar crimes. He spent the night at the Department of Corrections.
