“I am delighted to return to Carlsmith Ball as an integral part of the firm’s high caliber litigation practice,” said Cole. “I look forward to working with some familiar faces, as well as the new colleagues who have since joined the firm.”

Professionally, Cole is a member of the American Bar Association and Hawaii State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all Hawaii courts, U.S. District Court of Hawaii, U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit and U.S. Tax Court.

In his spare time, Cole stays active by coaching youth flag football and playing Lawyers League basketball. He is also an avid waterman.
