Associate Judge David A. Wiseman ordered Bernard Sebangiol to answer the charges of two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon.
Arraignment was set for tomorrow, Tuesday.
Police recently arrested Sebangiol for allegedly assaulting a male neighbor with a piece of lumber and a spear gun at a residence in Chalan Kanoa.
