USCIS to host additional employer Q&A sessions
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services District Director David Guilick will host three additional sessions next week for employers only to respond to questions about filing the Form I-129CW Application for CNMI-Only Transitional Worker.
The two-hour sessions will be held at the National Park Service’s American Memorial Park indoor auditorium in Garapan. They will begin at 10am on Monday and Wednesday, Nov. 21 and 23, and at 2pm on Tuesday, Nov. 22. Seating is available for 110 employers on a first-come, first-served basis. The sessions will feature a review of the form and instructions, followed by a question-and-answer period about the Form I-129CW.
Gulick will host these additional sessions to explain the form and provide examples of the kinds of evidence that can be submitted with a petition. He will not provide legal advice of any kind. He will explain what the form is asking for; he will not tell employers what to write in the blanks on the form.
These sessions are for employers only. USCIS is conducting public session via web conferencing. More information can be found at www.uscis.gov/cw or by calling (800) 375- 5283. (USCIS)
