To my detractors
When I grow up, I just want to be like those people who write negative comments in our local newspapers. Reading your comments only makes me stronger. It shows that even if my stuff is not worthy, you read it anyway. Gotcha! I want to be like Mitch Westland (if that’s your real name) if I grow up. I do hope one day I would be a student in your class, that is, if teaching’s your profession. What’s the matter? The U.S. is too good for you, that’s why you’re here? I admit though, that I rushed my article without proofreading but never have I used a ghostwriter or asked anyone for assistance for that matter. And at times I do forget to put the “i’s” before the “e’s.” At least I have the marbles to express my thoughts without using a fictitious name. That’s if you are using one, are you? Commenting on every news article rather than sharing ideas to move the Commonwealth forward is useless, if not pointless, if you don’t put your teaching credentials to good use. Just a friendly advice. Anyway, I got my point across, whether you like it or not and that’s the bottom line. I thank you for taking the time to grade me and allowing me to take corrective measures in the future. Just one of those local boys with limited talents. Mr. Westland, can you grade this article or anyone else’s writing? Again, thanks for your constructive criticism and perhaps someday I could bring my writings to your attention for some editing. Over coffee of course!
