Little Leaguers have a huge opportunity this week as baseball guru Ray Brown of the Baseball Confederation of Oceania is taking a break from watching some of the CNMI’s up-and-coming ball players at the Oleai sports Complex to show them some tricks of the trade.

The man who dishes out “Bonehead” like Archie Bunker doles out “Meathead” is inviting local sluggers, fielders, and pitchers to join him on Saipan’s most prominent diamond the next two days as he shared his knowledge with the next generation at Francisco M. Palacios Baseball Field tomorrow and Thursday.

Kids between the ages of 13 and 15 get the first chance to learn from a genuine Major League Baseball scout tomorrow morning promptly at 9am, while the older boys between 16-18 years old get their turn on Thursday, June 7, at 9am as well.

Saipan Major League Baseball Association president Rose Igitol said that the clinics are open to everyone and completely free of charge.
