Santa Soledad Golf Tournament tees off on June 10
The Santa Soledad Mission Parish will hold a fundraising golf tournament two Saturdays from now on June 10 at the Laolao Bay Golf Resort.
Proceeds from the event, dubbed the Santa Soledad Golf Tournament, will go to the improvement of the Kagman parish church.
The tournament features competition in six divisions—Championship Flight, A Flight, B Flight, C Flight, Seniors Flight, and Ladies Flight.
Winners of the divisions will take home cash prizes and trophies.
Marianas Insurance Co., Ltd. has also put up a $5,000 prize for a hole-in-one challenge, which hole has yet to be determined.
Entry fee for the Santa Soledad Golf Tournament is $100 and may be paid on the day of the tournament. Players are encouraged to register before June 10 for early pairing.
Tee time for the tournament is set at 7:30am with show time scheduled 45 minutes earlier at 6:45am.
A banquet of roast pig, sashimi, and other local delicacies will be served at the Laolao Bay Golf Resort after the tournament.
