Military exercises set at FDM

The Emergency Management Office, Office of the Governor, in conjunction with U.S. Naval Forces Marianas Guam, said that the U.S. military would be conducting live-fire training on the island of Farallon De Mendenilla.

The schedule dates and time are as follow:

June 1-5, from 7am to 12am – Live-fire Training

June 6-10, from 7am to 12am – Live-fire Training

The general location of this activity will be on the island of Farallon De Mendenilla Training Area on a 10-nautical mile radius on all quadrants.

Due to the danger imposed by this activity, EMO is advising the public—especially fishermen, commercial pilots and marine tour operators—to stay away from this area during the time and dates indicated.
